The Development

Location

This new development consists of 5 detached blocks of 2 Apartments each situated at entrance of the village (here).
Situated on a sloping hill (here) each block has 2 identical apartments one over the other, following the slope contour.

The apartmentes are of a traditional design and will blend beautifully with the surrounding village. Offering an open plan layout for the the lounge and kitchen areas, these apartments are designed to take maximum adavantage of the available space, making for a relax and enjoyable environment.

All apartments will have unrestricted view over the large swimming pool where a designated area for small children with their own small pool will also be available. Ample sun-beds to enjoy the sunshine from early morning to late evening in the peaceful surroundings will be included as well a large built-in communal barbeque and ample tables for you to enjoy those 'al fresco' meals.

The apartments complex will be situated in its own grounds completely surrounded by a hedge wall with a main entrance gate. Additional areas dedicated to private parking for the apartments will be available. with easy access to the main road and the village.

Specifications

The Lounge has an area of 98² feet and will be beautifully furnished with comfortable modern furniture and all modern amenities, including Flat Screen TV, Satellite TV (Spanish & English reception), DVD Player player and telephone. Also includes a large real-fire chimmeny.
The generous sized kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker and oven, full size fridge and plenty of storage space. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs and breakfast bar area.
There are two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a main bathroom, with bath shower and toilet and additional toilet facility by the entrance hall.
The large sitting room leads out via large french style windows onto a terrace with covered porche; equipped with a built-in barbequeue, table and chairs where you can enjoy the views over the village and surrounding Sierra Morena mountains.

Outside Back:-
The upper apartment has a green area of approximately 2m x 6m (19’ 8” x 7’). The lower apartment does not have access to the back area since it is lower that the surrounding terrain. All the other areas in the plot are communal.
