Apartments Available

This new development consists of 5 blocks of 2 Apartments each situated at entrance of the village (view picture). The apartments are situated on a sloping hill (view here) each block has 2 identical apartments (view layout here), one over the other, following the slope contour.

The apartments are of a traditional design and will blend beautifully with the surrounding village. The interior is of an open plan layout for the lounge and kitchen areas. The generous size kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker and oven, full size fridge and plenty of storage space. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs and breakfast area.

The Lounge has an area of 98² feet, will be beautifully furnished with comfortable modern furniture and has all amenities, including Flat Screen TV, Satellite TV (Spanish & English reception), video, CD player and telephone.

There are 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a main bathroom and toilet and additional toilet facility by the entrance hall.

The large sitting room leads out onto a terrace where you can sit in the shade and enjoy the views over the village and surrounding mountains. All apartments will have view over the large swimming pool, which is surrounded by grass area and covered with special netting to allow night time swimming and keeping insects at bay; an area for small children with their own small pool will also be available.
Ample sun-beds to enjoy the sunshine from early morning to late evening in the peaceful surroundings will be included and also a large built-in barbeque and ample tables for you to enjoy those 'al fresco' meals.

The apartments complex is situated in its own grounds completely surrounded by a hedge wall with a main entrance gate. Additional areas dedicated to private parking for the apartments will be available. The apartments have  easy access to the main road and the village.

The larger towns of Monesterio and Llerena are approximately 10/15 miles away. There are various picturesque places to visit in the area including the Dam at 'El Pintado' and old copper mines. Further a field, there is also the roman town of Mérida and various other towns full of history and with many links to the Conquistadors.

Sevilla is only 60 miles away and here you can enjoy a superb variety of rich traditional Andalucía dishes and lots of traditional crafts as well as all the other things you can expect from a modern and vibrant city. If you are lucky enough to have your holidays during the April Semana Santa (Holy Week), you will be able to experience the traditional processions and cavalcades of this deeply religious city. Its April Feria is world famous.
